What do I do if I think my item is faulty?Updated a year ago

Please check the warranty policy found on each product page on the website, under the heading "Warranty, Shipping & Returns" & ensure you have understood the terms and conditions of your warranty. Each product range may have different warranty terms and periods depending on the product and what is considered normal use. You must check the warranty on the product page for the item you are claiming. If you are satisfied that your product can be claimed, please email [email protected] and include the following information:

 

  • Date Purchased 
  • Invoice Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
